Compton View is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house standing in it's own grounds. All the bedrooms (view 7 kb), two doubles and two twin bedded, have en-suite facilities. The house can sleep up to 8 people in four star comfort. The fully equipped Kitchen cum Dining room has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge- freezer, microwave oven and a washing machine. In the sitting room you have a color TV and open fireplace. Outside the garden has a large patio area with barbecue and garden furniture. The house is centrally heated (oil). Electricity and oil are on meters.

Local Attractions: The small town of Dungarvan is a small port protected by the cliffs of Helvick Head. There is King John's castle dating from the Norman period and the ruined 13^th abbey tower and ruins at Abbeyside. The nearest sandy beach is 5km away at Clonea Strand.
In the region: There are 3 lovely golf courses with modest green fees as well as horse-riding and deep sea angling. Tours of the Waterford Crystal Centre can be arranged.
