Ardtarmon House is a 19th Century Country House which offers you tranquil, spacious and comfortable accommodation in four spacious en-suite bedrooms with all the ambiance of that era and much of it's original furniture. Meals here use home-grown and local produce combined with traditional recipes.

Whilst being a haven of tranquility on the north coast of Sligo Bay only 500 yards from the sea, Ardtarmon House is only a 15 minute drive from the county town of Sligo. This is an area steeped in history with Yeats' grave at Drumcliff and Parke's Castle on the shores of Lough Gill. The region has some of the most interesting and varied scenic locations in the West of Ireland amply provided with many pathways for walking and bird-watching.

There are local golf courses with an 18 hole championship course at Rosses Point and many other sporting activities including horse-riding, cycling and boating from Raghley harbour only 2 miles distant.

Things to do: The house has it's own hard tennis court, games room and television. You can go sea fishing on site. There is a wild-life sanctuary just along the coast at Carney and a Spanish Armarda site for divers 5 miles distant.
For day-trips in the car Donegal is 38 miles away, Galway 99 miles, Dublin 142 miles and Belfast 135 miles.

There is also a range of self-catering accommodation available.
