A spacious Victorian period house in exclusive Dublin 4 district, close to the city centre, embassies, galleries, restaurants and shops. The house is elegantly furnished in period style but has all the comforts of modern. Living with oil-fired central heating throughout. There is a sitting room with open fire and colour television, a dining room also with open fire and a separate kitchen which has microwave, electric cooker fridge freezer, dishwasher, clothes drier and washing machine.
There are four bedrooms - two large bedrooms, one with king size bed, the second with two single beds. There are also two single interconnecting bedrooms, each with a single bed. A child's cot is also available for family parties. The house sleeps six people comfortably. There are two bathrooms, the first from the Victorian period, has a large bath, toilet and wash hand basin, the second, is modern, with shower, bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
For anyone travelling to Ireland without a car and wishing to stay in Dublin, the house is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre. Public transport is also available from outside the house. For visitors bringing their own cars, there is off-street car parking and gardens front and rear.
AlI bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge. Heating oil is charged at IR 1.00 per unit and electricity at 15p per unit.
